Support starts here. The Care Assistance Program (CAP) program gives caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s or dementia the knowledge and resources they need, with convenient day and evening options.

Care Assistance Program (CAP)

The CAP program is a comprehensive educational program for the caregiver of a patient that is diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease or another related dementia. The program is offered during the day (DAY CAP) and evening hours (NIGHT CAP).

To join the DAY or NIGHT CAP program, participants must register in advance and attend all four sessions. Begin by downloading and completing the intake form, then email it to [email protected]. If you have questions, contact the Memory Disorder and Alzheimer’s Center at 954-786-7392.
