Fort Lauderdale, Florida - The Broward Health Foundation will be hosting the Mohsin and Fauzia Jaffer Foundation ninth annual Broward Health Ball presented by DPR Construction at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
This year's Broward Health Ball returns after a two-year hiatus with the theme "Night of Cirque" to bring together community and philanthropic leaders. The fun will begin with cocktails and a silent auction, and then continue with dinner, music and dancing.
NBC 6 Anchor Jawan Strader will serve as the event's emcee. The funds will help expand services across Broward Health that will continue to support the South Florida community.
"I am thrilled that the Broward Health Ball is returning as it our first major live event since the pandemic commenced," said Scott Ford, president of the Broward Health Foundation. "This will be my first ball as president of the Foundation, and I'm confident it will be a memorable and successful event that will raise significant funds for Broward Health hospitals and ultimately lead to enhanced care for the community."
The ball's title sponsor is Mohsin & Fauzia Jaffer Foundation, presented by DPR Construction and hosted by Pediatrix Medical Group and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Hollywood.
