Volunteer Orientation Modules

Complete the modules and forms below before your first volunteer shift. Each module must be finished in one sitting, so please set aside enough time before you begin.

Instructions

Before you begin, open this page in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox, and make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off so the course windows can open. You'll also need to be connected to a printer, since you'll print a Certificate of Completion at the end of each module.

Most modules consist of a PowerPoint-based course followed by a post-test. Complete each module in one sitting: your progress cannot be saved partway through, so set aside enough time before you start.
