Your actual costs will depend on the care you receive and your individual insurance coverage, including any deductibles or co-insurance.

All patients have the right to request a personalized cost estimate. You can contact your healthcare practitioner or any ancillary service provider involved in your care for more details about billing practices and insurance participation. Please note that some providers may not participate with the same insurance plans or HMOs as Broward Health.
