The Shining Star Award

While all of us strive to live and work by our values, some team members naturally stand out. The Shining Star Award recognizes Broward Health employees who truly shine through their actions. All staff members are eligible, and recipients are honored by management and celebrated among peers within their region. Each region also selects one award recipient to be recognized at a Board of Commissioners meeting. Thank you for taking a moment to acknowledge someone who made a positive impact.
