Complete Your Required Orientation

Use the resources below to complete your Broward Health volunteer orientation.

Complete all required modules, forms and assessments before your first volunteer shift. If you are unsure whether you have completed all requirements, contact Volunteer Services for your Broward Health location.

Before You Begin

• Use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox. Make sure pop-ups are allowed so course materials can open correctly.
• Connected to a printer, since you'll print a Certificate of Completion at the end of each module.
• Most modules include a PowerPoint-based course followed by a post-test.
• Allow enough time to complete each course. Your progress may not be saved if you leave before finishing.
• Print or save a Certificate of Completion after completing each module.
