Why Choose Broward Health

At Broward Health, we make it easier for women to get high-quality care when and where they need it. Our experienced team offers advanced treatment and early detection for conditions like breast cancer and osteoporosis.

The Lillian S. Wells Women’s Health Center at Broward Health Medical Center provides a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic radiologic services. We focus on early detection, when treatment is most effective.

Our breast MRI technology is highly sensitive, capable of detecting tumors as small as three millimeters for earlier and more accurate diagnosis. We also offer 3D Mammography (Tomosynthesis), which reduces radiation exposure by up to 40% compared to standard film mammography. This advanced imaging helps deliver faster results, fewer callbacks and clearer images for better diagnosis.

For orthopedic needs, our multidisciplinary team uses advanced diagnostic tools and minimally invasive robotic surgical methods to create personalized treatment plans for each patient.

Broward Health offers clinical excellence across many specialties, making us a trusted choice for women’s healthcare—from maternity and preventive screenings to complex treatments and lifelong care.
